Meet the owner
Established in 2007, our teams are driven by owner-operator Leanne Powley.
Leanne has a strong background in sales, administration and marketing. She knows how to get things done, while still maintaining the relationships within your team and with your clients. She has also been managing rental properties since 2006, and this side of the business has grown from strength to strength.
Leanne understands the important balance between communication and results, and she drives these essential qualities through the Credit Control On Call and Admin On Call teams.

Leanne leads Credit Call on Control and saying anything about her is an understatement. But not saying anything for her and her team will be unjustified. I have known them for more than 4.5 years now as a tenant of one of the properties they look after. Not only my on boarding as a first time tenant in this country was smooth and welcoming but our stay in these years have been beautiful because of them. They have always been very attentive and quick to our requests. They never came up to us with any undue demands and have always been very respectful. Communication is their key. Credit Control have managed our property in Clarks Beach for 2 years now - and they are just brilliant.
Communication has always been very prompt, detailed with appropriate information and timeframes required (both by phone & via email). They inspect the property regularly & supply a report ASAP afterwards which is always extremely detailed (with photo's) and helpful for me as a landlord to be kept up to date with my property.
Monthly statements come through promptly and the additional emails about the rental market are much appreciated. Rent reviews have also been conducted efficiently & timely.

We have been working with Credit Control On Call for our business debt collection and private property management needs, and the team always exceeded our expectations. The team all have a professional and efficient approach that gets results - along with their expertise in property management means I don't have to worry about managing myself. I highly recommend all of CCOC services to any business or landlord in need of reliable and effective credit control solutions / property management.
As a tenant, it was easy to deal with Leanne. Any problems with lockout, wifi, maintenances was promptly dealed with by Leanne as the property manager. Bond refund was quick and easy. Happy tenant.
